PAYMENT POLICY
Sunset Funeral, Cremation & Casket Company accepts cashier’s checks, cash or major creditcards. We also accept an assignable insurance policy upon verification.
PRENEED CONTRACTS: Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party, of the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements, is entitled to receive a copy of any Pre-Need Agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only
the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic
services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not
specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the
funeral goods and services you selected.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff $2,200
Our fee for the basic services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond
to initial request for service; arrangement conference with family and responsible parties; preparation
and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement
of obituary notice; and coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g., cemetery,
crematory, vault companies and others as required. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be
added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our
charge for direct cremation, immediate burial, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

Funeral & Cremation packages

Our special Funeral & Cremation Service Selections(A-E) are designed to offer significant cost savings,
instead of purchasing individual services. No substitutions.
A. The Complete $7,500 Funeral Service (Casket included, many Casket choices)
Includes basic services of Funeral Director & Staff, Embalming of deceased, Casket (ask to see
catalogue of styles & availability). Church Service, Casket Spray, your choice of color, Hearse to
church and cemetery, 2 Motorcycle Escorts, 2 Limousines (up to 8 passengers each), Memorial
Guest Book (Custom), 100 Memorial Service Programs, Boutonniere/Corsage for limousine party
family members, Pallbearers Gloves & Boutonnieres, three (3)Certified Copies of Death
Certificate, Burial Permit.
B. The Traditional $6,000 Funeral Service (Casket included, many Casket choices)
Includes basic services of Funeral Director & Staff, Embalming of deceased, Casket (ask to see
catalogue of styles & availability). Church Service, Hearse to church and cemetery, Memorial
Guest Book (Custom), Pallbearers Gloves & Boutonnieres, three (3)Certified Copies of Death
Certificate, Burial Permit.
C. The Gravesite $4,500 Funeral Service (Casket included, many Casket choices)
Includes basic services of Funeral Director & Staff, Embalming of deceased, Casket (ask to see
catalogue of styles & availability), Hearse to cemetery, Memorial Guest Book (Custom),
Pallbearers Gloves & Boutonnieres, three (3)Certified Copies of Death Certificate, Burial Permit.
D. The Immediate $3,500 Burial Only (Casket included, many Casket choices)
Includes basic services of Funeral Director & Staff, Embalming of deceased, Casket (ask to see
catalogue of styles & availability). Delivery to local cemetery in a utility vehicle,
three (3)Certified Copies of Death Certificate, Burial Permit. No Service, no Family present.
E. Direct Cremation $1,800
Includes the basic services of Funeral Director and Staff, local transfer of decedent from place of death,
sheltering of remains up to 5 days, $150 per day thereafter, transport to crematory, crematory fees,
cremation permit, 3 certified copies , and basic container. Alternative containers encase the body and
can be made of fiberboard or composite materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers
we provide are constructed of composite material and/or heavy cardboard. All remains received for
cremation must been encased in a rigid, combustible container. Urn included ( many urn choices).
